Concreting is also in progress at the eighth level of the nine-story parking building. The first to third levels were opened to the public on February 2010. Levels 1 and 2 hav been designated as pay parking areas, with a rate of PhP20 for the first two hours and an additional PhP10 fot the succeeding hours. The third level parking slots are currently being renter out to homeowners for a monthly fee of PhP 2,000.
Clusters 1 to 12 and 16 to 19 have been turned over. Units at the 10th level of Cluster 14A are currently being handed over to their owners. Cluster 14B is set to put out the welcome mat for new move-ins within the year.
